CANCELLATIONS - RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without fee anytime up until 24 hours prior to your session’s start time. Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment for any reason (even the good ones) with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full charge of your service. This applies for ANY reason big and small: including but not limited to; illness, injury, family emergency, daycare/babysitting issue, car problems, etc.
I know life can be unpredictable and tough sometimes. This fee is not a punishment or a penalty. When you make an appointment you are not just paying for a treatment…you are reserving the time slot, the massage studio and me so that nobody else can book during that time. I need adequate notice (24 hours) to rebook your spot, and keep my doors open. You are welcome to find someone to take your place, or even gift it to a friend or loved one…what a hero! (Please let me know who you are sending)
Now for the GOOD NEWS! This policy goes both ways! When life hands me those same lemons and I have to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, YOUR TREATMENT IS ON ME! I will assume the financial responsibly for my “side of the street” and your rescheduled service is 100% free! Together we’ll foster a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and understanding. May life be gentle and kind to us both
*(If you cancel an appointment prior to the 24 hour cut-off time, the system will automatically apply the credit to your account for a future service. If you’d prefer a refund to your card, please contact me via email or text and I will issue that ASAP)
ARRIVE ON TIME:
Please respect your time, my time, as well as the client following you. Arrive 5 minutes prior to your session in order to make the most out of your “hands on time”.
PREPAY:
All new clients are required to prepay for their first session. After that you can pay on the day of service
NO SHOWS:
“No call, no shows” will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled service. (Even with a good reason)
NO REFUND:
Gift cards or gift certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
